- Talent & Team Development – Recruit and onboard high-performing consultants while building team cohesion.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee budgets, systems, and reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Marketing & Brand Support – Guide marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence through campaigns and events.
- Strategic Leadership – Drive alignment with our business strategy and contribute to group-wide programs.
- 8+ years experience in senior leadership within the recruitment industry
- Degree qualifications preferred but not essential
- Proven track record in sales growth and client relationship management
- Strong financial and operational management capability
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence
- Proficiency with JobAdder, Xero, and Microsoft 365
