Location: Canberra, ACT
Are you an experienced IT Incident and Problem Manager with a passion for ensuring service continuity in high-availability environments? A unique opportunity is available for a proactive professional to lead critical incident and problem management functions in a secure, enterprise-scale setting. You’ll be responsible for the timely resolution of ICT incidents and the root cause analysis of recurring issues, driving service excellence through ITIL best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end ICT Incident Management process organisation-wide
- Lead the resolution of major incidents, coordinating with technical and business teams
- Conduct root cause analysis for high-impact issues and manage resolution pathways
- Drive service improvement by maintaining and governing the Known Error Database (KEDB)
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level incident and problem management processes
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 and its application in operational environments
- Skilled in leading major incident responses and performing effective root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
