TSPV clearance requiredAre you an experienced Configuration Manager looking to make a real impact within a high-security government environment? We’re seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of configuration management practices, governance, and execution across a complex ICT landscape. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the integrity and reliability of the CMDB and drive enterprise-wide alignment with ITIL principles.Key Duties:
- Define and maintain the Configuration Management Plan in line with ITIL and agency policy.
- Oversee CMDB governance, ensuring alignment with service expectations and data integrity.
- Engage and align with stakeholders, SMEs, and product owners across the business.
- Analyse CMDB health, audit results, and compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience as a Configuration Manager in a large ICT environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, particularly Configuration, Change, and Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical reporting skills.
