TSPV – IT Asset Manager

Location: ACTTSPV clearance required.Take the lead in managing the entire lifecycle of software assets across a large, complex ICT environment. This critical role is responsible for ensuring compliance, cost optimisation, and efficiency through effective Software Asset Management (SAM). If you bring a deep understanding of licensing models, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, this is your chance to make a major impact.Key Duties:
- Manage software asset visibility, usage, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
- Maintain and enforce SAM policies and standards using ITIL-aligned practices.
- Utilise ServiceNow (or similar) to track software assets, installations, and entitlements.
- Provide compliance reports, support audits, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Proven IT Asset Management experience in medium-large ICT environments.
- In-depth knowledge of major software vendor licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.).
- ServiceNow or similar tool experience in asset tracking and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical reporting skills.
