- Deliver financial revenue KPIs and provide monthly performance reports.
- Maintain and manage a dynamic pipeline of sales activity through an opportunity register.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships (e.g., international agents, hostels, travel agents, cruise companies, schools, industry groups).
- Prepare tailored customer proposals and pricing models
- Respond to sales leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop EOIs and proposals for prospective new agents
- Build and manage a market intelligence database covering pricing, competition, and customer expectations.
- Represent Greyhound at trade shows and industry functions as a key brand ambassador.
- Develop and coordinate operational solutions for group bookings
- Engage with local operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of new business solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quoting, pricing, reporting, and customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and agent groups.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with trade partners and inbound operators.
- Develop and execute account management plans to exceed sales KPIs.
- Support onboarding and relationship management of domestic and international agents.
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver compelling campaigns and retail activations.
- Contribute to UAT for new marketing and sales tools or initiatives.
- Maintain and implement updates across products, including Tickets, Passes, Packages & Freight.
- Create and manage special rates, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, account management or sales within the travel, transport, or tourism sectors.
- Proven experience achieving revenue targets and managing B2B relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop proposals and pricing models.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with CRM systems and booking platforms.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, tourism, or related field.
- Ability to travel as required to build and maintain relationships both locally and internationally
- Professional communication with the ability to write detailed reports and present to customers and key stakeholders
- Experience with computer software and the ability to learn, Interbus, Passmaintain, GX Online, SQL Management Server, Pronto etc.

- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
- This position requires domestic and internation travel
