An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a high-performing HR team on a 12-month contract. This role will partner with leaders across APAC, supporting a large and complex organisation through significant change and transformation.About the RoleAs an experienced HRBP, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering both strategic and operational HR outcomes. You’ll design and deliver people solutions that support culture, engagement, and performance while navigating a fast-paced change environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver the HR operational plan for assigned client groups in alignment with organisational priorities.Influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and people managers.Lead organisational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.Support global change management projects and enable engagement action planning.Drive talent management, development, and succession planning.Oversee annual HR cycles including performance, promotions, and compensation reviews.Use data and insights to proactively address business challenges.About YouYou’re a confident, resilient, and solution-focused HR professional with the ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.You will bring:7+ years’ HR experience, ideally within global or large-scale organisations.Proven success in change management and transformation projects.Strong organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development expertise.Excellent consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.Proficiency in MS Office; business-level English (additional APAC language a plus).What’s on OfferA 12-month contract with the chance to make a real impact during a period of transformation.Broad exposure to APAC operations, working with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.A collaborative and supportive HR team environment.If you are interested please apply by submitting both a updated resume and cover letter demonstrating how you align with this role.
