- An applicable tertiary qualification in business or health science.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRBP or similar position in a large and complex environment.
- Proven experience in numerous HR matters including performance management techniques and practices, complaints management, workplace investigations, workforce planning, change management
- Strong and proven stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision and direction
- HRBP/Generalist HR experience in a large public healthcare provider
- Previous experience leading a team of HR professionals
- 5 weeks of annual leave + 13 additional days off (ADO's) per year
