Join a leading luxury travel brand on an exciting journey to transform customer engagement and loyalty. This role offers the chance to shape a program with strong foundations while building towards a bold, future vision.About the RoleAs Loyalty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving member engagement and loyalty across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of loyalty initiatives from project planning and execution to operational excellence and member communications.
This is a grassroots role with high visibility and significant impact. You’ll help unify and evolve the loyalty program, enhance member experiences and ensure the brand continues to deliver best-in-class engagement in the market.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver loyalty initiatives across ANZ – from concept through to execution.
  • Lead operational elements including member communications, events, vouchers, welcome kits and reporting.
  • Support the integration of two programs into one unified platform.
  • Enhance the customer journey, creating seamless touchpoints across the travel experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, brand, trade, operations) to align on initiatives.
  • Drive CRM and engagement improvements, supporting retention and member value growth.
  • Explore partnership opportunities and contribute to new value propositions.
About You
  • Strong background in marketing, brand or loyalty with a deep understanding of customer engagement.
  • Hands-on project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused, able to bring people together and deliver results.
  • Previous experience in travel, retail, hospitality or customer marketing is highly regarded.
