This is a grassroots role with high visibility and significant impact. You’ll help unify and evolve the loyalty program, enhance member experiences and ensure the brand continues to deliver best-in-class engagement in the market.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver loyalty initiatives across ANZ – from concept through to execution.
- Lead operational elements including member communications, events, vouchers, welcome kits and reporting.
- Support the integration of two programs into one unified platform.
- Enhance the customer journey, creating seamless touchpoints across the travel experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, brand, trade, operations) to align on initiatives.
- Drive CRM and engagement improvements, supporting retention and member value growth.
- Explore partnership opportunities and contribute to new value propositions.
- Strong background in marketing, brand or loyalty with a deep understanding of customer engagement.
- Hands-on project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
- Collaborative and solutions-focused, able to bring people together and deliver results.
- Previous experience in travel, retail, hospitality or customer marketing is highly regarded.
