- Deliver efficient, consistent and quality employee relations administration support including prompt and accurate actioning of electronic employee movement forms, generation of employee letters, and organising relocation in accordance with the procedural requirements.
- Upload/Check documents for all new employees that are received from Resourcing such as Criminal Record checks, References, Medicals, Licenses, Tickets, Qualifications and Right to Work documents into an online archive system.
- Record new employee information such as medicals, right to work and qualifications in our HRIS system.
- Provide advice, support and guidance to the business in relation to the systems and processes that underpin the performance and governance of the function.
- Experience in high volume HR administration or coordination, ideally within the construction/engineering industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS software
