- Partnering with leaders and staff to provide timely HR advice and guidance across the employee life cycle, ensuring consistency and compliance with policies and legislation.
- Supporting employee life cycle processes such as flexible work, leave, progression eligibility, role movements and offboarding.
- Contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures and key People projects.
- Preparing workforce reports to support decision-making in line with relevant legislation.
- Assisting the recruitment team with processes on an as-needed basis.
- Demonstrated experience delivering a broad range of HR generalist services.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, enterprise agreement provisions and policies to provide advice and contribute to procedure development.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to produce meaningful workforce reports.
