You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — managing enquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service at every step.This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working as part of a supportive team.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone, email, and online enquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general enquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and prompt resolution of issues.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell relevant products to customers.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale, manufacturing, or B2B setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer/order management systems.
