- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets
- Achieve EBITDA targets
- Provide financial reports and review profit and loss accounts
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures

- Strong Operational leadership and support
- Demonstrated relevant work experience in a Managerial capacity within large hospitality / facilities management
- Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, and other quality standards
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or hospitality discipline (desirable)
- Strong financial acumen including experience managing significant P & L
- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licenced Venue)
- Advanced First Aid certificate (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
- Current Driver's Licence (highly regarded)
- Willingness to undertake medical, background checks and psychometric assessment
