- Prior Management experience in an administrative environment, ideally around site accommodation or hotels/similar
- Experience with accommodation software packages (e.g MICROS, RMS)
- Experience in WH&S requirements for the hospitality industry.
- Capability to work well under pressure
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Passion for training and developing staff
- The ability to deescalate difficult guest situations, provide effective conflict resolution and ensure the corrective actions are taken and followed up. Capability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A current national Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Have unrestricted Australian working rights
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
