This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll be both hands-on with data and strategic in shaping the company's data journey.Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of data analysts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop and deliver data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and operations teams to centralise and manage large, complex datasets.
Drive continuous improvement of data processes, governance, and analytical methodologies.
Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst (ideally within logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar data-rich environment).
Strong technical proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data warehouses.
Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills with previous experience mentoring or managing analysts.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
