As a Deputy Principal, you will have effective interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with an ability to develop constructive, respectful, and positive relationships with all staff, students, parents, and the wider community. Previous experience leading centre of excellence initiatives is highly desired.The suitable applicants will ideally have extensive experience working with students from a variety of backgrounds, be proactive and visible within their schools and possess the innovation and capacity to provide instructional leadership across our K-6 school.
