- Leading a highly skilled team of frontline leaders and maintenance personnel in mobile equipment maintenance shut activities, often managing high risk work.

- Coaching and developing the team to build individuals capabilities and competence
- Evaluate maintenance efficiency, identify problems, and recommend solutions

- The ability to engage and inspire and drive transformational change
- Experienced in maintenance and asset management practices with prior experience in leadership roles at Supervisor or Superintendent level
- Experience in risk management activities
- Confident in effectively leading, mentoring, and coaching team members as well as interfacing with senior leaders, with a desire to build and lead engaged teams
- A can-do pragmatic attitude with a structured approach to delivering strategic objectives
- A current Australian C class manual driver's license
