- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Own the customer journey within the banking app, ensuring a frictionless, engaging, and value-driven experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the banking app, aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
- Lead discovery efforts to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for innovation within the app.
- Translate insights into actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Champion a mobile-first mindset and ensure accessibility, performance, and usability standards are met.
- Monitor app performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across squads and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all digital experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years related work experience in relevant role in the financial services industry
- Proven experience owning and optimizing customer journeys in mobile or web banking applications.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and validate product concepts with customers.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
