- Proven experience as a Product Owner within Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe).
- Hands-on experience with Voice products
- Strong understanding of UCaaS and Outbound Voice solutions.
- Experience managing product and user story backlogs.
- Strong analytical skills to define and prioritize stories, features, and enablers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with Scrum teams, product managers, and end users to deliver business value.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product features meet business and end-user needs.
- Manage and develop product and user story backlogs.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable features.
- Monitor product development progress and plan for releases.
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on product development and delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback to shape features and enhancements.
- Attend product management events for planning and backlog refinement.
- Experience as a Product Owner in large, complex programs.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Mandatory experience in Voice products (UCaaS and Outbound Voice).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
- Background in telecommunications or digital workplace products.
