- Ensure compliance with both internal payroll policies and relevant legislation.
- Identify, investigate and remediate discrepancies in employee payments.
- Translate business problems into data and analytical challenges, applying the right tools and methods for resolution.
- Present clear, compelling analysis to a variety of stakeholders.
- Manage large datasets with a focus on accuracy, governance and security.
- Use process mapping and continuous improvement techniques to optimise payroll workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll systems implementations
- Proven track record managing large datasets and applying sound data governance.
- Strong IT capability and business analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools/methods.
- Data analysis and process mapping experience.
