- Fixed-term (12 months), part-time position 4 days/week, 8.30am-5.10pm
- Working across our Gippsland cluster in Sale, Traralgon and Moe (this is an onsite position)

- You'll greet clients, and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
- Working at reception, you'll undertake general administration duties, including managing appointment bookings for clients both in person and over the phone, processing claims and payments, data entry for stock management and completing a variety of reports for compliance purposes
- You'll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
- You'll perform minor hearing aid repairs and provide troubleshooting support with a range of devices - training provided.
- You'll assist our clinical team with the provision of services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
- Experience as a proactive problem solver, with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and be adaptable to changing priorities
- The ability to work effectively across multiple locations, using a variety of tools to stay connected within the team, including virtual support
- Intermediate / advanced level computer literacy, including MS Outlook, MS Teams and browser-based applications. Exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and / or android applications). Experience using a CRM database is highly valued and familiarity with Medicare and NDIS funding programs is beneficial.
