Here’s your chance to bring your retail or hospitality experience to one of Victoria’s most stunning locations – Tidal River, Wilson’s Promontory National Park.Hudson is looking for energetic and customer-focused team members to join a busy tourist information and visitor services team. In this role, you’ll combine your front-line service skills with hands-on tasks, helping visitors make the most of their time in the park while supporting day-to-day operations.What You’ll Do

Welcome visitors and provide friendly, helpful advice on activities, accommodation, and park facilities
Process bookings for tours, accommodation, weddings, school groups, and events
Serve customers at the general store, handle cash/EFTPOS transactions, and restock shelves
Receive deliveries, unpack and check goods, and update stock records
Lead guided walks and deliver lighthouse tours (includes a 2–3 km walk)
Help with reception duties and general admin tasks

What You’ll Bring

Experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or customer service
Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
Basic computer skills (training provided on booking systems)
Willingness to work across different parts of the park, indoors and outdoors
