- Manage the Regional Director's diary, appointments, meetings, travel and flow of briefings.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, correspondence, memos, cabinet submissions and follow-up documentation.
- Provide HR administrative support including staff files, audits, recruitment processes and salary records.
- Deliver general administrative services such as word processing, spreadsheets, routine correspondence and phone enquiries.
- Assist with financial processing, reporting, expenditure monitoring, budget preparation and grant documentation.
- Liaise and negotiate with agency staff and external stakeholders on confidential matters.
- Maintain effective filing, recordkeeping and correspondence systems.
- Support committees through agenda preparation, minute taking and monitoring follow-up actions.
- Review office systems and procedures, recommending improvements.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by reporting incidents, hazards and complying with WHS requirements.
- A current Working with Children's check
- A Police Check that is valid within 6 months
- Experience within the State Government
- At least 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant
