We live our values, respect, integrity, innovation, collaboration, excellence, and trust.About the Role:Lendlease is searching for an Executive Assistant to join our South Australian Team and support the Senior Leadership team on the New Women's and Children's Hospital on a 12-month fixed term contract.As the Executive Assistant for this project, you will be a key point of contact and support the Project Director, and other senior project team members across the below areas:Day-to-day schedule, email, and diary managementCalendar management – arrange, coordinate, and schedule business and client meetings for Project Director and Leadership Team, proactively identifying priorities and commitments, and coordinating appropriately.Attend regular meetings and workgroups for minute taking, record keeping and distribution.Prepare correspondence, documents, presentations and reports, applicable to internal and external audiences.Preparation of internal project reviews, and monthly reports, such as the client Project Control Group (PCG) report.Organise and manage significant business and special events, both internal and external.Monthly reconciliation and submission of credit card statements for project leadership team in SAP Concur.Assist with relevant onboarding tasks for new staff, including existing Lendlease staff transitioning to New WCH team.Manage other secretarial support to Project Team.Ad hoc administration duties as required.To be successful you will need:Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Team Assistant, with experience supporting multiple leaders, or a team.To be able to work comfortably both independently and within a team environment.To be autonomous, and organised, with the ability to take initiative, and able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.High discretion and confidentiality and be able to provide guidance to other support resources within the business.Strong computer literacy.Flexible approach and ability to prioritise work accordingly.Benefits of working at Lendlease:Health & Well-being program, including well-being leave to relax and recharge, health assessments, and gym/exercise discountsBalance your career and personal life with work flexibility of work hours, purchase additional annual leave and extensive family support benefits. ​26 weeks paid parental leave3x extra Wellbeing days per year (on top of annual leave)Large pipeline of project work for career development and growth opportunitiesBonus scheme, Employee Share Acquisition program and options for salary sacrificingIf this position is suited to your experience and career aspirations, please apply via the link today.At Lendlease we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
