What the Role Involves: The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert accounting, business advisory, and financial planning services. This includes:

Delivering accounting, tax, and financial advisory services to clients
Working closely with the firm’s partners and specialist suppliers to meet client needs

Ideal Candidate Profile: This firm is looking for individuals who are passionate about helping clients succeed and who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key qualifications include:

Relevant accounting or financial services qualifications
Strong experience with accounting systems, especially Xero
Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
Previous experience in accounting, financial services, or business advisory is a plus
Ability to work independently while also being an active team player
Innovative, proactive mindset to solving client challenges

About the Firm: This firm offers a highly personalized and innovative approach to accounting and financial services. They have a team of four partners (two in accounting and two in financial services) and approximately 30 staff.
