- Support the preparation of tenders and quotations.
- Provide timely, accurate procurement and contracting advice to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and procurement policies.
- Act as a ‘Super User’ for procurement systems and assist other staff in navigating these tools.
- Solid administration background, ideally with at least 2 years in procurement or contracts.
- Understanding of contract law and procurement processes (especially in the public sector) is an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and confident handling documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
