You'll gain hands-on experience working across banqueting, in-room dining, and a la carte service, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality food that enhances our guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a broad skillset in a dynamic luxury hotel environment.Key responsibilities include:Assist with food preparation and service across multiple kitchen operations including banquets and in-room diningEnsure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet our five-star standardsMaintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene in all kitchen areasWork collaboratively with senior chefs to learn and grow within the teamAdhere to all food safety procedures and policiesQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar roleTrade qualified - Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryA passion for food and a creative flairSound understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsExcellent communication and time management skillsTeam-focused attitude with motivation, energy and a desire to growFlexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends and public holidaysAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you...
