We’re seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join a well-established builder delivering large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark $50M retail refurbishment while developing your career within a supportive and professional team.The Role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project.Y our responsibilities will include:

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting
Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

5 years experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within commercial construction
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience working with a Tier 3 Builder, preferably in the retail sector
A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships
Ambition to develop your career within a dynamic builder
Ideally experienced in Jobpac and Procore
