Based in our Keilor Park, VIC office and working across a VIC/TAS portfolio, the Project Coordinator - Installations plays a vital role in supporting our retail and hospitality partners. You'll coordinate the end-to-end installation of beverage service equipment in new and existing sites - ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.A typical day could see you planning and scheduling installations, briefing contractors, checking progress, understanding equipment availability from our suppliers and working directly with customers to ensure they're set up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the planning, logistics, and delivery of installation projects from end-to-end. Including development of scope of works, costing and commissioning.This includes;
- Coordination of contractors and ensure all work is safe and compliant.
- Partnering with customers to understand requirements and deliver great service.
- Managing project tracking, equipment availability, budgets, reporting, and administration.
- Troubleshooting installation issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Ensuring installations meet operational and compliance standards.
- Experience coordinating installations, projects, or maintenance in FMCG, retail, technical construction or hospitality environments.
- Trade or technical aptitude across beverage dispensing machinery or other food-based machinery.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Confident communicator who builds strong customer and contractor relationships.
- Proven examples of how you've been dynamic and autonomous in your role, you can problem solve and make informed decisions with ease.
- Confidence in navigating project management, invoicing and inventory related software
- Willingness to undertake occasional site visits across regional VIC and Tasmania.
