- Solution new or maintain existing SOEs and releases (hardware and VDI and AVDs)
- Design, build and maintain Windows 11 SOEs using SCCM and Intune (IME)
- Conduct pilot deployments and gather feedback to refine and modernise the SOE
- Ability to customize and distribute SOEs to different business units and user groups
- Familiarity with Autopilot deployment techniques and OOBE
- Expertise in MSI, MSIX, AVD and App-V packaging for Windows 10/11 desktop and VDI environments.
- PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Deliver As Built, As Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation
- Assist in the preparation of statements of work, user guides, release notes, and other documentation as needed.
- Familiarity with Essential 8, ASD, ISM and PSPF relating to Subject Matter
- Experience working in IRAP assessment
- End Point Protection - Defender/Bitlocker/Windows Hello/Application/MFA/Conditional Access & Whitelisting experience
- Desktop OS and application patching experience
- Active Directory, EntraID, Group Policies, Remote access
- Exchange on-prem
- M365 productivity stack (MS Office Suite, SharePoint & co-pilot), Unified Communications (MS Teams)
- Mobile Device Management/Mobile Application Management
- DHCP/DNS/Certificate management
- Applicability of enterprise and government security standards.
- Core Networking concepts pertaining to Operating System support (VPN clients, IP configuration, WLAN)
- 3+ years of experience in SOE engineering and modern device management
- Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, strong understanding M365 stack (Exchange online, Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
- Application whitelisting and end point protection concepts
- Microsoft PowerShell and automation experience
- MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging for Windows 10/11
- Application patching
- Mobile Device Management
- Exposure to Service Management tools (Service Now preferred)
- Experience in mid-to-large-scale enterprises
- Experience in Hybrid environments with on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical detail to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL fundamentals
- Incident management concepts and SLAs
- Change & Release management
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM and Client Executives
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Australian Citizen with Baseline (NV1 is preferred) security clearance
