- Lead and optimize global compensation processes: Oversee monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while leveraging analytics and automation to streamline high-volume workflows.
- Collaborate across borders for integrated delivery: Coordinate with global EY teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting, while managing offshore support in India to delegate and review tasks effectively.
- Drive client success and regional growth: Engage in strategic client meetings, support onboarding and implementation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to expanding services and capabilities across the APAC region.
- Experienced in global mobility and compliance: Brings 4-5 years of expertise in employment tax, payroll, and related fields, gained through roles in professional services, relocation providers, and internal HR/tax/finance teams.
- Skilled in data analysis and stakeholder management: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and multi-source data interpretation, with strong communication, organization, and time management skills for handling global stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven: Maintains high accuracy with sensitive data, embraces innovation, and applies automation tools to improve workflows and drive process efficiency.
- Project management or coordination experience - especially in multi-stakeholder or cross-border environments.
- Experience working across a global network - familiarity with international collaboration and cultural nuances.
- Exposure to automation technologies - such as Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar tools.
