
Junior Account Service Coordinator

- Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries, emails, and phone calls
- Monitoring and managing shared inboxes
- Processing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking costs
- Assisting with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of WIP meetings
- Organising travel, team events, and supporting with SLT expenses
- Helping coordinate content production including photoshoots, deliverables tracking, and monthly digital analytics reports
- Supporting with website checks, magazine mail outs, and general admin filing
- Writing internal communications and assisting content editors with research and fact-checking
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are proactive and love helping others succeed
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
