Join our team in CFO & EV which partners with finance leaders to reimagine how finance works. From strategy and planning to digital transformation and performance management, we help clients unlock growth and efficiency through bold ideas and cutting-edge solutions.What You'll Do:As a CL-11 Analyst, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving finance transformation across industries—with a strong focus on banking and payments. You’ll work on real client challenges, learn from experienced mentors, and grow your skills in areas like:
  • Designing future-ready finance operating models and shared services
  • Supporting process improvements in areas like OTC, RTR, PTP, and FP&A
  • Contributing to value case development and integrated planning
  • Exploring digital finance tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, and Onestream
  • Assisting in the transformation of banking and payments operations, including digital payments, transaction processing, and compliance
  • Learning how AI and emerging tech are reshaping finance and financial services
What We're Looking For:We’re seeking curious, driven graduates who are ready to make an impact. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with finance systems or a passion for digital innovation
  • Background or internship experience in banking, payments, or fintech is highly preferred
  • Interest in the Australian market and global finance trends
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to finance transformation projects or internships
  • Awareness of AI, Generative AI, and how tech is changing finance
  • Experience working in teams or leading university projects
  • Knowledge of payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, real-time payments)
