If you have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event settings, we'd love to hear from you.You'll work across two well-equipped kitchens and multiple outlets, contributing to a variety of services including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and large-scale banquets.We are actively recruiting for the following roles:

Chef de Partie - Full-Time
Commis Pastry Chef - Part-Time
Commis Chef - Casual

We're looking for team members who bring both skill and passion to the kitchen. Ideally, you'll have:

Relevant trade qualifications and previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments
A strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
A service-focused mindset with attention to detail
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the kitchen
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
