- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial and operational reports (P&L, balance sheets, general ledgers).
- Reconcile balance sheets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Collaborate with divisional managers to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and controls.
- Assist with external audits and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting obligations
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a large business or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
