- Lead the transition of financial reporting for acquired entities from cash basis to accrual basis accounting, improving accuracy and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Standardise and align financial statements of newly acquired companies with accounting policies.
- Support valuation and due diligence efforts by providing timely and accurate financial data and insights to key stakeholders.
- Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee core monthly accounting functions for acquired businesses such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, BAS, and superannuation payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage the allocation of payments and receipts across multiple accounts using Xero.
- Assist in the migration and implementation of accounting software and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
