- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and mentor new team members, supporting their development and integration into the team
- Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency throughout your shift
- Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions as directed by management
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall restaurant performance
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers

- Support franchise-specific initiatives and maintain brand standards
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants
- Strong communication and time management skills
