This exciting and dynamic role provides varied and rewarding work in residential aged care facilities. The role includes delivery of onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews, vaccination clinics, clinical governance, education and training.Working in an interdisciplinary team with nurses, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, dieticians and GP’s provides a rich clinical environment driving excellence in health outcomes for our residents.We encourage applicants with strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, and who enjoy working as part of a collaborative healthcare team to apply.What will help you succeed?

A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
An Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) Credential, OR a Medication Management Review (MMR) Credential with commitment to obtain an ACOP credential
National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
Evidence of 2025 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
