- Drive Growth – Build and expand referral networks across SCs, LACs, and SPs.
- Strengthen B2B Relationships – Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Host Networking Events – Organize and attend industry events to increase engagement and referrals.
- Represent Plan Group Locally – Attend forums, interagency meetings, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and Optimize Performance – Use Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and measure growth.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up to date with NDIS policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Occasional Regional Travel Required
✔ Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills – Confident in connecting, collaborating, and consulting with a diverse network.
✔ NDIS Knowledge & Passion – Understanding of NDIS legislation, Disability Standards, and industry trends.
✔ Tertiary Qualification – In Community Services, Business, or Management (preferred but not essential).
✔ A Self-Starter – Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously.
✔ Driver’s License Required – Ability to travel within the region.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
