- Be a sounding board and trusted advisor to senior leadership in the go-to-market business units.
- Champion data-driven decision making across the organisation while embedding SaaS performance metrics into how the business operates.
- Drive ROIs, investment cases, scenario planning and decision-support.
- Analyse market opportunities, sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue trends, customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Develop strategic responses to competitive market dynamics.
- Optimise sales targets and incentives to balance staff motivation and company results.
- Provide end-to-end value-adding analysis: data analysis > insight > opportunity identification > capitalisation strategy > implementation > performance tracking.
- Support leadership in regular business reviews with the Board of Directors.
- Support the broader FP&A team in the multi-year execution of CreditorWatch’s Strategic Plan and the Annual Operating Plan process.
- Assist with corporate development / M&A activities as required.
