$67.13 – $72.96 per hour + super | 8-month assignment | Hybrid (Brisbane CBD & WFH)We are seeking an experienced AO5 HR Advisor to join a high-profile Queensland Government project team on an 8-month assignment with flexible hybrid working arrangements.About the Project:
You will be supporting the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office, a division leading the delivery of major rail projects across Queensland, including key infrastructure investments ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.Key Requirements:

Have recent Queensland Government experience
Can operate as an independent HR Advisor
Possess strong recruitment and selection experience within the public sector
Demonstrate an understanding of contemporary HR management practices and a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, industrial agreements, policies, and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to understand resourcing needs
Develop and update role descriptions
Apply HR policies and frameworks to achieve business outcomes
Prepare high-quality HR correspondence, briefs, and reports
Support the Principal HR Advisor in delivering HR services across the branch
