This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture team on a 3–6 month contract, supporting a diverse, remote hospitality workforce. You’ll work from the Brisbane head office, with occasional site travel as needed, to provide consistent and pragmatic HR advice and manage a broad range of people matters.About the RoleYou’ll be supporting a workforce based on regional FIFO sites where teams deliver large-scale catering, housekeeping, and facilities services. The environment is fast-paced, highly regulated, and people-driven with a wide range of cases for resolutionKey Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end casework for a wide range of employee relations matters
Provide advice on performance management, conduct, complaints, grievances, and policy interpretation
Coach frontline leaders to manage issues early and effectively
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
Partner with operations teams to support positive workforce outcomes and retention
Contribute to P&C initiatives and continuous improvement projects

About You

Proven experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong focus on case management and ER
Resilient and confident communicator — able to engage with leaders and employees across all levels
A pragmatic, hands-on style and the ability to navigate complex, people-focused environments
Experience working with hospitality, FIFO, or remote/regional workforces highly regarded
Knowledge of food safety compliance and HSE standards in hospitality or related sectors is a plus
