Start Date: ImmediateWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator for a 3-month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, gain valuable experience, and make an impact in a short-term capacity.About the Role In this fast-paced position, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods by:
- Reviewing and managing a list of open purchase orders
- Engaging with suppliers to confirm delivery status
- Updating SAP with revised delivery dates
- Liaising with site warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Experience using SAP in a procurement or supply chain context
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
