With hands-on industry knowledge and a deep understanding of mining operations, our recruitment team is uniquely positioned to connect skilled professionals with roles that truly align with their goals. We’re currently seeking expressions of interest from driven, safety-minded individuals for upcoming mining projects across Western Australia.What We’re Looking For: We’d love to hear from candidates with:
- Experience performing ore spotting and geological sample collection to spec
- Solid knowledge of sample collection techniques and data recording
- A proactive approach to safe work practices in and around active pits
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with key site personnel
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (preferred for senior/supervisory roles)
- Team leadership or training experience (for senior roles)
- The ability to work both independently and within a team
- A high level of physical fitness and willingness to work in remote, challenging environments
- Relevant experience in open pit and/or underground mining roles
- A current Manual driver's licence
- A valid First Aid certificate
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
- A National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Full Australian working rights
- 4WD certification
- Forklift ticket
