When challenges arise (and they will), our supportive team will be there to help you growJob DescriptionAs Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life – shaping and delivering marketing initiatives across a range of channels to connect with our customers and drive meaningful results.You will:
  • Deliver impactful campaigns – manage marketing channels to drive acquisition, leads and sales in line with business goals.
  • Partner for success – collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and alliance partners to plan, optimise and expand campaigns.
  • Own performance – monitor, analyse and report on channel performance, holding partners accountable for results.
  • Drive engagement – design and run lead generation and nurturing campaigns across email, SMS, digital and content channels.
  • Build strong connections – work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful outcomes together.
Qualifications
  • Proven marketing expertise – minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing channel role, with strong knowledge of ATL and BTL media.
  • Commercial mindset – strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and deliver in detail.
  • Collaborative communicator – excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Results-driven – confident in managing agencies and partners, with a focus on accountability and performance.
  • Growth-focused – tertiary qualification, with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and lead projects.
