Start Date: ASAPWe’re on the hunt for a hands-on HR Specialist to jump into a fast-paced blue-collar environment and hit the ground running.This short-term backfill role is ideal for someone who thrives on employee relations, case management, and performance support — and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail.🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage complex employee relations and case management from end to end
- Lead investigations, prepare documentation, and support outcomes
- Provide expert support on performance management and conduct issues
- Drive and support organisational change initiatives
- Engage with key stakeholders across operations and leadership teams
- Proven experience in blue-collar HR environments
- Strong background in ER, investigations, and performance management
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously
- Available immediately for a short-term contract
