- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in accordance with Government policy and legislation.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate people strategies, policies, and practices.
- Provide consultancy and advisory services on people management matters by interpreting awards, agreements, and relevant legislation.
- Coordinate the annual performance development and management process, including providing training and guidance.
- Manage and prepare employment contracts.
- Lead Corporation-wide learning and development initiatives, including managing the learning management software (ELMO).
- Assist in the management of work health and safety (WHS) requirements and the delivery of change management processes.
- Experience in a wide range of HR functions, including workforce planning and developing HR strategies, policies, and systems.
- Proven ability to provide HR consultancy based on knowledge of contemporary HR management practices, trends, and legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly developed report writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Progress towards or completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in human resource management or industrial relations.
- Experience using Dayforce Pay, the Corporation's Human Resource Information System.
