About the Role
This is a hands-on role supporting leaders and employees with all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. You’ll partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and deliver strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and workplace compliance.
- Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to drive a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures meet Fair Work and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor within construction, engineering, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and workplace compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
