- Oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations for our polymer products.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of polymer materials and finished goods.
- Lead and inspire a team of warehouse personnel.
- Create and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems for various inventories.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Enforce stringent quality control measures for critical products
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Optimize warehouse storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction supplies industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and WHS compliance
- Proficient in using warehouse management software.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
