You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across key portfolios, acting as a true business partner to hiring managers and bringing top talent into the business.Key duties:Lead job briefs, advertise, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume portfoliosManage stakeholder relationships and coach hiring leaders through best-practice recruitmentMaintain candidate care and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicantsQualifications & Experience:Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally high-volumeStrong communication skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident leading job briefs and advising hiring leadersUnderstand the importance of talent pooling and proactive sourcingOrganised, tech-savvy and outcomes-drivenA few things to consider:This role requires a high level of initiative, adaptability and time managementRecruitment experience across blue-collar, frontline or remote workforces is a bonusYou'll be supported by a collaborative TA team that shares wins, ideas and insightsApply nowReady to take the next step in your TA career?
