Join the Darwin Remote Mental Health Team (DRMHT) based at Palmerston Regional Hospital. This role involves low-risk case management within the community, Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred mental health care.Requirements
- Mandatory:
- Mental Health Triage and Acute Mental Health Assessment skills (RN4.1 and above)
- Ability to provide assessments, interventions, and case management using a recovery-based framework
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans with clients, carers, and the clinical team
- Desirable:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure high-quality holistic care for people with a mental illness
Role: Registered Nurse - Mental Health Team (RN4.1 and above)
Start Date: 09/09/2025
Duration: 12 weeks (with possibility of extension)
